What 3 properties would you buy. This is continuing on from the other thread, where for fun, you consider what you would buy if you won £200 million.

1.

only 3 :(

1. would get a custom job somewhere nice in England - not sure where, with big gardens, forests, modern bits, many underground bunkers etc... you get the idea.

2. A big old castle somewhere - a bit like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bamburgh_castle (but I'm not sure how much it would cost :)

3. a big mansion in remote russia somewhere, maybe custom build this as well if no local ones available - I would keep my tank collection here.

- like that wooden house, but grander, and some stone bits as well. (I don't want it all to burn down when my tank firing exercise to go wrong :D

Not sure which ones I would buy - I think one would be a custom designed job though! - ground up perfecto designed for me!

Honestly, I wouldn't be too bothered. I'd like a city penthouse with parking in Liverpool for the week and a large country house for the weekends. That's about it really. No "dream properties" for me, unlike cars :p

I'd buy my folks & myself a place in Kent (to be closer to my Sister). I'd also set myself up in business (property developing) to give me something to do & to keep the weight off me.

1. Main home - Would be a custom built job in the countryside somewhere. Not too big but with plenty of land around it to ensure privacy. Furthermore, having it as far away from city noise, light pollution etc. would be an important factor.

2. Penthouse apartment overlooking the Thames for weekend breaks etc.

3. Villa or similar in Delray Beach, Florida on the gorgeous Gold Coast.

:( just thinking about this huge amount of wealth is both mind boggling and saddening, that I will never possess it.... (I know money can't buy you happiness, but you'd be amazed what it can buy :) )

I'd have a custom built pad, and ask Sir Alan to buy one of his businesses then sit back and watch it grow!

I refuse to take part in things like this as it simply depresses me too much. Far too many absolute, complete dip****s out there who are drowning in money and deserve absolutely none of it.

Two custom built homes, one in the countryside the other in Portugal and a penthouse apartment in London. I would stay in hotels everywhere else.
