You can’t fix a dead pixel. If it’s dead it’s dead.
If it’s stuck some of the methods listed when you google ‘fix stuck pixel’ might fix it.
Have you tried any methods to fix it?

Any chance you can take a pic a little bit closer and a bit more in focus. Is that it right at the bottom of the screen? That’s a bit weird looking. Stuck or dead pixels are usually uniform in shape and that to me doesn’t look very uniform. That looks like a chip on the screen.

A chipped screen. A scratch. Scrape. Run your finger over it, can you feel anything. I could be totally wrong but it looks weird to me.
