IIS log file analyser a la Webalizer/AWStats

I'm looking for something like Webalizer or AWStats to run on my 2K3 server but I don't want to install Perl in order to do so.. are there any free equivalents for Windows-based boxes? I'm used to using AWStats on *nix boxes so I'm not sure there is anything similar (and free) for Windows boxes?

Webalizer works on windows.

Nothing per se, I just wondered if there are any solutions out there that don't rely on having to install a whole language code set just to run it

Is there nothing that can be used which takes advantage of native Windows function?
