Hey all. Bought a chair from these clowns in october to use at my desk and now it's literally falling to pieces. On one side the chair has "caved" in so to speak and the backrest has just snapped. The sitching has all come out and I'm not a happy bunny as always look after my stuff. Has anyone had any experience with returning stuff to them? I live an hour away from my nearest one and just wondered how they are with faulty goods. Normally I would bin it but it cost me £60 and I'm not one to waste money on cheap tat! I've got my bank statement as it was the only thing I bought that day so I hope they accept this. The chair itself has been kept in pristine condition.
