IKEA woes

Ordered a Fredde desk from ikea and one of the side panels for the PC tray is missing...

I'm hoping they post one out...


Any experiences with them ?

I did a 127 mile round trip ....so popping in store ain't an option.

It was two massive boxes...no way I could have checked..

I think I'll just ask for another to be delivered... And put this one in my studio and fabricate a piece of wood.

I still check, taking up 3-4 car park spaces if required, get some funny looks but no staff have ever asked me before..... When they do..... I will take great pleasure in informing them how the company should sort their **** out

Once I had something missing from an ikea box, phoned them, they sent the part out by post, arrived the next day. Good service.
On the instructions if you can ID the exact part from the part list it will save time on the phone.

Up to now they seem to have sorted it... Delivering panel this Tuesday went through pdf assembly instructions with her page 11 step 12 small left side panel.

Fingers crossed they deliver the correct part
