Just been to ASDA and started filling the car with petrol...trouble is it has a Diesel engine! Luckily I spotted my stupid mistake and had only put in 2.38 litres. Did a Google search and apparently less than 10% should be OK. I reckon that's between 5 and 6% petrol to diesel so fingers crossed. What a dork.

I was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. I very rarely fuel that car as well. No excuses though...stupid.

It's a Vauxhall Astra. It's not a CDTi so I think that means it's not common rail.
