To be honest I'm a bit out of touch with the current low-mid end hardware, and what it's capabilities are.
I'm looking at persuading a friend to get a gaming PC rather than game on his laptop, but he's quite tight on budget at the moment.
Anyone fancy knocking me together a spec - I'm thinking quad core AMD CPU, 8Gb RAM, and a graphics card that isn't too expensive but 'matches' the rest of the system cost-wise, if you follow.
500Gb or 1Tb mechanical HDD, 1Tb ideally if the price difference is slim.
I'd happily take delivery of it for him and build it up, then he could collect it off me.
