I'm done with BT, who should I sign with?

I'm done with my 6MB BT connection. I don't even get 6MB speeds because BT like to cap it during peak times. I'm tired of getting slow speeds.

What ISP is currently the best to sign up with?

Thanks for the helpful replies. be2 isn't available in my area. Might go with O2 though.

Right now my DL speeds are around 200-300kb/s on a 6mb line. Its always slow at peak times! What a ripp off!
