I finally decided it was time to move away from my trusty AMD Phenom II system and onto Intel so I got myself a nice new Z77 board, 3570K and 16Gb memory which all arrived on Wednesday....

Now the problem I'm having is I need to transfer a lot of data off my current Raid-0 setup but I keep getting CRC mismatch errors, I even decided to rar the files up as a secondary backup but after that was done it came back saying there were CRC errors, I then manually re-added them again and the CRC errors went on them but then other files in the rar started showing CRC errors.

I've tried memtest and prime95 no errors there I also changed the sata cables it's the first time I've seen any problems with corrupted files on my computer I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Many thanks

Not sure why this was moved to Storage Drives when I don't believe it's the drive's causing the issue..... all overclocks have been removed before I started and still getting the problem.

I didn't move it..

Check in event viewer and see if there's any hard drive errors showing up?

Surely you have a backup of this data, especially if it's on a RAID-0 array?*

*Seeing as RAID-0 is far more likely to fall over than any other drive setup

Sorry if it sounded like I was blaming you I wasn't lol :)

I have a backup but it's not recent enough so need to update it I get random crc errors both transferring over network and when attempting to rar the files up so either a piece of software is causing an issue or its hardware, the annoying part is it's completely random so not the same files being affected.
