SSQV and HKS sound very different, some like one, some like the other. Go on youtube and have a listen, see which you prefer.

What about SARD R2D2? I heard they're pretty good value for money (no personal experience however, only going on reviews)
 
I've been atmos-free for nearly a year.

Been thinking of getting an adjustable one - forge can be changed with springs.

I'm going to fiddle around with it so it only dumps on max boost and stays closed at all other times.

Interesting.....I know that I am not going to get good fuel consumption compared to my old cars, so I just accept it, however I still sub-consciously watch my mpg figures and try to get a decent mileage out of a tank.

Me!! I can get about 45mpg if im really careful. But most of the time it's closer to 30mpg. I'm still in the honeymoon period. :D

By the way, get a dump valve. ;)

Anyone old enough to have to put their own petrol in?

That doesn't mean we all tiptoe around wearing carpet slippers, but anyone who ignores the biggest running cost of their potential car isn't thinking it through very well.

I doubt 95% of people know or care what a dump valve is though Phate :p

They probably aren't thinking "that sounds like a scooby" more like "did someone sneeze or was that a particularly powerful trump?"

You wouldn't have bought that S3 is fuel cost was an issue though right, otherwise whats the point in it, your argument seems pretty poor.
