Hiya,

I tried to set up my rig the other day and have been having issues since. The furthest I've gotten is getting Windows 7 Ult on to my computer and logging onto it. However it tells me that I can't connect to the internet to install drivers so when I tried to put in my disc drive it wouldn't boot up and when it did the screen would flicker (like a light in a zombie/post-apocalyptic film) and then eventually stop displaying an image. It wont boot when I have the graphics card or the other 2 HDDs plugged in (so currently the GPU is sat out of the case and the HDDs are completely unplugged). I've tried to install the drivers via putting them on my Ext HDD and then transferring them but, naturally, the computer wants to restart - when it does; the image is lost.

I don't know if it's crashing or something but I'm a little frustrated having this 2k+ rig sat in my room and I'm unable to use it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

The setup:
Asus 24" VG248QE Monitor with NVIDIA G-SYNC
NZXT Phantom 820
Corsair RM Series RM 850 '80+ Gold' 850W
Asus Z87-DELUXE Intel Z87 Motherboard
Intel CPU i5-4670K 3.4GHz
Corsair Memory Vengeance Pro Series Silver 16GB DDR3 2133 MHz
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780Ti WindForce
Samsung MZ-7TE250BW 840 EVO 250GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB x2

First, Start fresh..

Build the rig back up with the graphics cards and whatever else installed.

Then wipe it, reinstall Windows fresh just to undo anything that may have gone wrong so far.

Once windows has started.. via another machine, download the latest drivers for your kit from the manufactures website and transfer them via a usb stick.

Install them 1 at a time with restarts in between.. personal preference in order of Motherboard/Chipset, Graphics, Audio then everything else.
