Hi all,

Considering that this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used (and I also like the way it performs while gaming and its weight):

Don't hotlink images please - Rilot
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/_...ic-optical-mouse/mk_bomblk_productdetails.jpg

I would only need one or two thumb buttons...

I've benn taking a look to some popular mice like the g400, m60, etc. but they are too big, too sensitive, or other cons... I had to give up on a sidewinder x8 and logitech g700 because of their size (no because of the lag, which I hadn't at all)...

So I'm looking for a mouse:

- With the most similar dimensions to that ones.
- With thumb button/s
- As light as possible
- Optical, if possible.

Do you know of anything like that? As you can see, the mouse in the picture is an budget/office mouse, so I will consider them as well.

Thanks mates!

I have both the Xornet and Zowie EC2.

Bought them for FPS games. Finding both of them good in general day to day usage also.

Both are optical and very light in your hands. I have medium to small hands. And don't find the mice to large.

The Xornet is more of a claw type grip. And the Zowie can be palmed or used as a claw grip.

Thanks Robin. I would buy the storm spawn, but it's pretty hard to find and if you find it, it's overpriced. Just bought the Xornet for £17 (delivery ETA 1 month, though. Good thing if I come across the spawn model, anyway :P)

I believe the Xornet and Spawn are discontinued. Shame, because I like my Xornet a lot, especially for the price (£15). It's a bit unusual, squashed, and best used fingertip, but I found it very competent and great for FPS (with latest firmware, very low lift off distance).

I can't fault the Zowie AM. Only gripe is the rough scroll wheel and maybe the weight which I found could have been even lighter. Otherwise, lovely and straight forward. Very solid feel, especially the buttons, and super smooth tracking.

There are probably other choices too, Like the Kinzu and whatnot. I'd take a look at the Sensei RAW.

Otherwise, there isn't really anything like the Intellimouse 1.1, which was awesome but not very sturdy. Someone should definitely remake those to current day specs (which is in fairness what the Zowie AM attempts to be, but isn't quite there).

I've been using the SteelSeries Sensei for several months now and I love it. not too big or small, not overly heavy either. goes great with my OcUK mouse mat too

The Sensei is another mouse I might try myself when funds allow. I'm buying to many new games at the moment. :)

If the Xornet and Spawn have been discontinued, I hope they replace them with something similar. As it would be a shame if they were discontinued and weren't replaced.
