You don't get dodgy hdmi cables. It either works or it doesn't. Also the grain will be an artistic effect of the film.
Truths, take 300 the grain fest for example. Still looks great though.

Initial thoughts.
GT5 - Slightly unimpressed by gameplay. Where's the damage? Handling is crap. Six Axis is crap. Don't get me wrong, graphics are amazing, but for a new game and new console, they have to be amazing without saying! It's playable but lacks something. I'm sure it'll grow on me.
Rainbow 6 - Great game but can't comment much as I only touched it for 10 minutes.#
Pro Evo - Again, can't comment much. Is it worth trading Pro Evo for Fifa if I put a bit of money on top?

Agreed it is POOH! I bought a PS3 just for it, and returned it within 24 hours.
Bought this, played it a few times but didn't ejoy it. Going to flog it now.
They are both very similar, it's down to personal preference really...
Definitely.
Turn on pro mode and remove driving aids, it handles far more realistically that way. Sixaixs is ok, but buy a DS3 import from US or Asia for less than UK sixaxis RRP. Damage is coming in autumn with other upgrades along the way.
