Realise this is a Computer Hardware forum where you will get answers to the most extreme type of dumb questions.

This thread being case in point.

Unnecessary

He's not down about how he won't give him answers to dumb questions, he's down about the fact someone he's taken a liking to has died.

Try to busy yourself and do things that make you happy :)

Sorry to hear about the old guy dying but I have one question. Do you understand the concept of punctuation, grammar and spelling? Looking at your profile, you're 32. Surely you should be able to construct a decent sentence by now?

I'm not having a go at you, I just found your post hard to read and lost interest by the third word. Maybe a better constructed post would attract more serious replies from some members.

Anyway, chin up. We all have to go at some time, just be happy that the shop owner died having left an impression on someone (you).

sorry i am dyslexic i try my best and yes i use spell checkers but some times its still rong

Not having a go, but asking out of curiosity. Does dyslexia affect someone’s ability to construct sentences or to use punctuation?

yes spelling as well.and numbers for me too. it is very hard for me to use forums .
and i am sorry if you can not understand my posts. i will try to do better

Typing is a skill like any other, it can be developed and some can have more difficulty than others, dyslexic or not. Don't be offended, and good luck improving :)

I'm sorry to hear about the shop owner, we'll try to answer your dumb questions in his stead :)

There's no need to apologise, poor spelling etc isn't frowned upon if you're dyslexic. People only get annoyed by those who simply can't be arsed to type properly and resort to illegible 'txt' speak.

i do my best if any one can't understand just say and ill try again.

Does dyslexia affect your ability to press the shift key at the beginning of a new sentance? It's that sort of thing that makes people wonder, you see. Capitalisation isn't a dyslexia thing.

I wonder how often dyslexia is cited, dishonestly, as an excuse for poor spelling?
Possibly a frustrating amount of times, but we will never know.

A girl got 25% extra time in an exam I recently sat because apparently she had hearing problems. It was an hour long essay writing exam. There is no justice in the world sometimes...

But I could also wonder about your incorrect spelling of sentence, just?

He probably is dyslexic and I would probably give him the benefit of the doubt, seeing as he isn't being aggressive about people telling him about his spelling faults which is something a dyslexic would do, being used to it all the time etc.
