Netlimiter shows 12mbs speed.

Uplay and steam always show 6mbs download speed (run separately)

Which is right?

Are you using a VPN? Netlimiter adds everything up and adds in the VPN as well, which doubles upload and download figures. Netlimiter is basically stupid, lol.
