Luckly i've got very lovely understanding parents who have said i can stay at home rent free and that they will feed me and give me money as long as i have a job and don't destroy too much when i'm wrecked. I live in the middle of 3 main bus route into town so i'm sorted lol.

Congratulations

I went to do an archeology evening course once but they cancelled it. I eneded up doing 3 years of accountancy instead

I do IT work now as I got bored with accounts but I'm sure I'd still be knee deep in mud had I done the archeology.

Sounds like a plan Blackstar. Money is the biggest problem for me at uni - everyone wants it but there isn't enough to go around.
Staying at home will mean you'll be better off all around, which is a good thing but I feel a big part of the university experience is living with other people your own age

Yeah people have been saying that, i think i'll be ok though i make friends quite well and don't live that far from the halls anyway.

I wouldn't worry about it at all, I had some friends in Edinburgh who lived at home and we were jealous of them not having to fork out £260 a month to live in a box with the inspections and nosy complaining neighbours.

But West Bryson Rd I still miss ya!

You might feel more like it after the first year once you've settled in and got to know people.
I sort of wish I had now, still want to move out and i've finished uni now.
