I'm with BT, any point in changing, will I get a better service

my exchange is BT only, no LLU :(

i would have been with BT ages ago but their 10Gb limits and 18month contract really p me off

i need a phone line too which they install free which is good

i would go with someone else but are my speeds going to be carp as BT customers get priority

euh, just not sure
 
well BT tech are saying my problem could be contension ratio and they will pass it on to BT to sort out.

I asked if changing supplier would fix it and he lol and said ''No''

Same I never have a problem with BT, yeah torrents are shaped but I run them at night anyway so I'm not bothered.

I get decent speeds considering where I live and haven't suffered with any problems with it thus far thankfully.

Sky broadband on the other hand was useless.

He would say that. Otherwise he would be responsible for losing a customer:p
