Image Change Help

Can someone help me change the blue in this image to red please? I tried to do it myself but it looks crap when trying to maintain the transparent background.

What program are you using?

The easiest, natural way of doing it would be to marque select the red (it can be rough) and then use colour correction to shift the colour towards red.
