I have a 240gb SSD with an OS and files on for a laptop. I need that SSD elsewhere and would like to image the contents across to a 380gb mechanical drive and save me a reinstall as it was quite recent.
what is the best free software for this?
and is it best done by taking the SSD out and doing on my main pc rather than the laptop it is in?
