Image Resize Help Please

Hey, no matter how hard I try to make this image 240x320 it looks totally screwed up

Any chance anyone could quickly resize it so it looks nice?

There are 3 resolutions so please use whichever would be best:

Not being picky but that's 320 x 240 pixels

I need it to be 240width by 320height. Sorry for not being specific.

Well it's always going to have to be squashed. Or cropped. What would you prefer?
