Generally speaking, customers being shocked when your product works isn't something most manufacturers would highlightI'm going to enjoy the shock of HD as soon as my HDMI cables arrive.

Order arrived from Bulk Powders. Trying some CBD oil for my IBS. Many egg whites and some drizzle for the protein pancakes.
even my kitchen is white
IBS is usually cured by drinking at least 3 litres of water per day and fibre (https://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/psyllium-husks-powder.html take 2 x 5g twice a day costs pennies too in comparison). I don't see what CBD can do it isn't even proven to do anything. In fact it's the reason why a lot of parents with kids that have awful conditions are smuggling in the good stuff "THC" illegally for them because that is the one known to actually do anything. Placebo = CBD

No. It's not. Infact as attested by my gut specialist fibre and excessive water consumption are terrible for it. Drinking excess water immediately leads to abdominal distension and severe cramps. Lots of fibre results in lots of poop. Not what you want when you're going 10+ times a day already.
In your circumstances I'd then get some intolerance tests and allergy tests done if not already.
Try cutting red meat, dairy, etc. One at a time and then two at a time to see what helps.

What an idiotic thing to say.
Yes but to say it cures it is simply false.how so the 2 most common things lacking in the modern diet is fibre - which is why prostate cancer is a big killer. and hardly anyone drinks the recommended amount of water

Back on topic please
Yeah I bought a couple of tasting trays (one is shown in part, being the wooden thing behind the glasses box) and a fun little water jug too. Just for when people come over and we can have a little bit of theatre / fun with it!@Nitefly That Cotswold Whisky looks pretty interesting.
How come you've bought 6 Glencairn glasses? Planning on having a few tasting sessions with friends?
I really need to stock back up. My stock is dwindling. I only have a few bottles left, and they're generally the ones i avoid as they're not the nicest!

I am basically just buying anything that ‘malt review’ recommend. Cotswold was one of their whiskeys of the year. As was the green bottle, the Gael. The Gael is just brilliant - such a citrus / pinapple nose, curious! A firm favourite of mine. That’s actually the second bottle I’ve got, despite my first bottom being mostly full, because the thought of it running out and not having any more made me a sad panda.
I’ll give some commentary on the Cotswold in the whiskey thread once I’ve formed more of a view on the Cotswold
