Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Spot the hot tub owner with the humble brag.

£10-£15k on an outdoor sexy time pool, that's a lot of money.

Yea it's a big chunk, but actually I use my hot tub more than my car and that cost a lot more.

The benefits my wife as a hairdresser and myself as a weight trainer get are priceless in terms of helping with muscle soreness and tightness.

Bit of jealousy going on here.

You can get a hot tub for under a grand (pre-covid), all depends on what you want and how often you use it.

I'd love one, just don't have the money.

Don't do that mate, you're better than that.

Sorry but I took a bit of offense, having grown up on a council estate I've worked hard to distance myself from that life. Being called a chav or chavvy for buying a certain item annoys me when it's completely unfounded. My post was simply to point out that real chavs, they don't buy hot tubs. I'm not a chav and I have a hot tub as do many normal regular folk on this forum.

I certainly didn't mean to cause offence - especially as someone also growing up on a council estate and trying to (also) distance myself from that world. The world would be a very boring place if we all had the same opinion.

Yeah man, do you - I'm not a hot tub person but whatever floats your boat and works.

Having DOMS and climbing into that must be...entertaining.

Swear i've seen you wearing a cap....

£15k on a hot tub shouldn't really raise any more eyebrows than other posters in this thread buying £100k - £250k cars really.

New keyboard, again, and a nice new Lamy.

Nice one, thanks. It's a sofa bed too! Is it comfortable to sit on for long periods of time?

It's ok, yeah, to be honest I haven't spent that much time on it but ideal size for the space, occasional bed for visitors and like the colour so was a no brained really :D

A rather expensive pile of wood:

Which had to be carried into my back garden through the house thanks to my chavvy mid terrace house. Good excuse for a workout I guess.

And some very heavy glazed similar bits of wood:

Nice bit of driftwood that cost the diesel to Perranporth, 2trs long, captains log no doubt
Randomly placed in my utility garden until it becomes a garden sculpture in the long grasses tranquility section :o

I have the hot swappable ANSI version with reds, got it second hand on eBay - What did you go for? Any initial thoughts?

I went for “Keychron K6 Wireless Mechanical Key- board (UK ISO Layout) - RGB Backlight / Gateron Mechanical / Red”

I’m really happy with it. It’s doing literally everything I wanted it to - it’s small, feels great, bluetoothed to up to 3 devices, and was about £62 I think.

Thus far, I’d strongly recommend it. Having said that, I just got rid of a KEMOVE dk61, which I decided I hated over time. But, this has the ISO layout which the KEMOVE didn’t, and that’s one of the major issues I had. The other was patchy Bluetooth, and only time we’ll tell on that, but I did overcome the first hurdle which is the multiple device Bluetooth, which I couldn’t get working with the KEMOVE.

Sorry if that’s a bit rambling.
