Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

white tops? shame they have changed the active ingredients, black tops is what you want. Lots of poor reviews ofd white top raid with people saying they have directly sprayed a fly for 20 minutes and its still flying around so the stuff is useless
Yes I read all of those, many for the black tops too. I am killing just fine with these cans, dead stuff everywhere. Dyson for the 'evidence' removal :D

Do you have an infestation?
I live in the countryside and have woods and ponds in the grounds and that leads to buzzy things getting in the way. I also have some old box sash windows that tend to attract them.....and I enjoy a good spray murder too for my more psychopathic side. I am always forgetting where I put the can so have placed a few around house, garages etc.

To add I do seem to have an infestation of those, almost daddy long legged spiders. I hoover loads up and not matter how many conkers I put out they still show up.

I also live in the countryside, daddy long legs are indeed an issue at the moment.

More those flimsy spiders for me. No matter how many I hoover there are more there the next morning.

Only had 1 big 'old school' one this year so far. I am planning to get down from the sofa in October at some point.

I just let the spiders have at it and build their webs. Then I just hoover up the shrivelled dead fly carcasses that accumulate underneath them. Bug control au naturel :P

Sounds like you're describing a Harvestman Spider or Harvest Spider.

They're not true spiders, just a relative.

Live and let live man!

Is that legit? They used to be aweful for tea (<95 degrees)...Absolutely fine for coffee mind.

Yeah absolutely fine. I have this one at work, I click it on 10 minutes before my break to make a drink, makes a perfectly good brew and it's still very hot 10 minutes later.

I've been to my Mrs Aunts who must have one of the older ones, as when she makes a tea that's drinkable immediately so obviously not getting anywhere near as hot.

A kettle works fine for me!

Wired up a rather intimidating looking LED motion activated floodlight that covers the far side of the driveway that the Ring doorbell cam can't pickup in the colour night mode as clearly as it's so dark there. Surprised at the quality for the price. The 1800 lumen holds up true and teh IP65 rating as it's been horrendously sideways tonight's rain. Very bright have to say and easy to configure.

I assume it's the 2nd version? I was tempted myself, to upgrade my original ELEMNT to the Bolt V2, but I can't really justify the cost at the moment.
Looks the same as mine which is the V2. No idea if it's worth upgrading from v1 to v2 but I've been happy with mine. Does take a little while to find a GPS signal sometimes though.

A few new things for me

Some knock off Bib Shorts from Wish. They cost £12 (£17 by the time they were delivered) I was expecting them to dissolve within the first wash but they've held up to a few cycles now and are actually rather comfortable on 30-40 mile rides. Not far off in comfort for my non knock off ones.

A new, to me, car.

It's a 2019 A1 Sportback Competition TFSI thingymajig (why are car names so bloody long?!)
This needs to be a lesson in gratitude for me. It's not the car I wanted but it was available. I had my heart set on a BMW M135i and had ordered one back in May that was due to be delivered in June, then July, Then August, Then October and then a few weeks back they said it's now on schedule to be built at the end of March. I sold my car back in May expecting to have one much sooner and having found out my partner was pregnant at the start of August with a due date predicted to be the end of March we really couldn't afford to be without a car until then and getting ubers to the hospital was adding up. On one hand it's probably better we got this car as it's not a lease deal like the BMW would've been so we are not completely wasting money come the end of the term.

It's not the car I wanted and deep down I am still a bit gutted I cancelled the one I had my heart set on but it's probably the right choice!

Last purchase was a bit humorous I thought.

An unremarkable tub of hair product. I have this on my Amazon click and save subscription so I normally wouldn't post it. But this one took a bit longer than expected. It was over a week late when it finally arrived so Amazon refunded me the money the day before it came. It was delivered by royal mail as usual and the box came in a plastic bag apologising for the condition of the box as if it had been damaged. I took out the tub of hair cream and everything looked fine and just as I put the box back down I noticed there was something still in there....

Someone had stuffed someones poppers into my order! Never had anything like that happen with Amazon before, just wish it was something a bit more useful to me than this
