Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

I bought some PC water cooling kit and used it for something that isn't PC water cooling.

Beats my bucket of water and fish tank pump!

needed a couple of new rigs for the office
criteria was the ability to run Excel and have 4/5 google chrome tabs open at the same time and support 1440p
minor budget creep ended up in Ryzen 7000 series CPUS and some 3070tis ;)

excel calculations will be done very quickly i'd imagine :)

I think i bought these tado valves nearly 18months ago but have only now installed (most) of them. Previously I had only used the main hub + one for my office.

Still got a bedroom to add which needs radiator rehanging

Wasn't sure if it would look great with anthracite radiators but seems fine

As per my recent thread. Have got my standing desk. Need to tidy up wires.

Also have a dual arm monitor mount which i picked up to clear desk space. However as my monitors are only 24", to get them meeting in the middle the monitors are pushed quite far forward. I need to decided how much i can adjust this as otherwise i'm better with the normal desktop mounts.

Have an anti fatigue mat arriving today. Only mainly issue is how creaky the floorboards are, and obviously i move around a lot more whilst stood up.

Not seen you around for a while. How's life?

You done all your solo travels now?
Hello mate! I've had a bit of a whirlwind of a time lately to be honest. Sickness, work, family stuff and that. Even cancelled 2 of my trips I had (Belgrade and Thessaloniki) because I just needed time at home to get stuff / myself sorted. Just coming out of a week of sickness too, which feels like this year I've been hit with a few of these things! Just trying to tidy up the to do list around the house now I am spending some time at home. Finish the year on a high
I did buy an Ender 3 V2 to play about with and some pots (to keep it on thread theme :P)

And I burnt some wood for my new TV unit I'm building...

Planning trips next year as well now! This year was a wild one for time away.

How are you man?

Burnt wood looks good. I might pull out the blowtorch and have a play!

Things are all good here, currently looking at ways to get to Spain earlier. Might try and make use of the 90 day period and then split our time between there and here rather than waiting completely to be able to move out full time.

Zojirushi rice cooker!!!
Pretty sure you told me to buy it like a year ago, lol. Great thing, although I am still at about £30/portion as it doesn't get used HUGELY.

Edit: and here is a top fact for you, in case it ever comes up - notice that it is switched off at the wall, yet still showing the time? It has been like for about 3 weeks. Black magic I say!

Yeah, I unplug mine when not in use, there must be a small Lithium battery inside. It's not really a problem even if that fails as i seldom use the timer function.

I couldn't get a perfect fit on my Sony WF-1000XM4 with the stock foam ear tips, these have made a world of difference, the fit is showing as air-tight in the app now and I can hear the noise cancelling working and so much more comfortable. So worth bearing in mind if you are struggling with the fit also.

I went with 3rd party foam tips, agree though the ones that come with them are really poor and fall apart to boot.
