Hmm, I suspect 10m would be fine, they're pretty powerful lights. I'll take a better look tonight when it gets dark, maybe try and get a photo, but I doubt it will show well...

I recon the slide is about 12 to 14 meters away from the light
It looks a little lighter than in reality, but fairly good representation.

Ultra, almost literally last minute flights (8 hours from booking to take off) flights to Australia.

Been using it non stop. I'm impressed with it, the remote is useful too, no need to get out of my seat
The only quirk is that when you power it off, or when the temp set has been reached, it has a 15 second cooldown, so the fan is still running but the heating is off, I guess this is to allow cold air to push through the heating elements and cool it down so it's not a heat risk or something. So for 15 seconds you get room temp air blowing out until the unit goes to standby..
