Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

It's not good when using hired skates and the serrated front digs in when going at pace. I'm thinking it's how I tore the muscle in my shoulder now as it's the only trauma I've had

I started off with strap-ons (ooooh errrr) strapped to my shoes, which at the time were these:

In a weird loop, I also ended up making folding ice skates for the Dutch skating team ni my younger days. Only did it for a few months but it was still a very interesting thing to do.

5000mha battery for the phone. Notice it price dropped to £15 for the first time. The lightning adaptor can be swapped out when I upgrade my iPhone later on. USB-C is for charging but it can also charge other devices too.

Got this one coming tomorrow also, dirt cheap at £12.99! I've been eying up their 10k Magsafe charger with its RGB fan but its never dropped below £40 iirc.

Dammit ! lol, i cba to return it to save £2.

And do you mean the one in the middle of this photo? It's okay....handy for not needing a cable but the little 5000mha one is much better.

Pros over the DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed:
- Feels more premium, the magnesium is cool to the touch yet still grippy enough
- Even lighter
- Convenient charging stand
- Up to 8K out of the box and more features in the software
- Software is much slicker than Razer's and has no background services that run at all times or bloaty "modules" in the software
- Includes grip tape + Dot glide skates
- Limited edition

Cons over DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed:
- Stupidly expensive
- No USB port, though you do have the stand...

I had to pay £37 customs in the end too, £8 of which was simply RM "handling" it lol.

Yep that one, the IceMag. I've already got an ESR 10k Magsafe charger which is very reliable but they do get hot without some sort of cooling. They are a bit bulky though so yes the 5k one should be perfect for a short trip I've got scheduled for this weekend.

These are not trainers!

Some new lightweight hiking boots in the Christmas sales; Dolomite 54 in nubuck and goretex. I don't mean lightweight in the sense of weight, but more in the terrain they can handle. I have some other boots for more robust scrambles and really muddy treks. But I wanted to get out walking locally a bit more, and needed something warm, waterproof and comfortable that I could get away with in winter under jeans without looking too much like hiking boots.

indeed a very premium experience.
surely those mice are a night mare to keep clean? doesn't dust and crap just built up inside it?

Na the holes are big enough and the spec inside easy enough and I de-dust my workstation every few days anyway as hate ambient dust buildup which is inevitable on all desks unless you coimpute in a air sealed room or something.

I also have a rocket blower for my camera gear which will blast out any dust from inside the holes anyway.

Plus most dust will just pass through because:

I bought a kingsyard suet feeder a few days ago too, but the birds are just lazy or only tiny birds can access it.
I had a crow eying it up and a few magpies but they will only eat suet I put on the floor to try and attract them to the feeder...

I'm using a crappy Tapo C210 2k security camera to monitor it, the motion detection etc works great, night time picture are really good too.
only cost 20quid so its probably sending data to china lol
