It's my daughter's, it's the card that covers the tables in her art class, she started with a ruler and some paints freehanding the pier. It's still got all the masking tape on it. Her art tutor cut it out I think it's brilliant for a ten year old

Moved here in October 2017 from Cumbria UK, thanks, shame we're only renting, this is a 1 bed house we're living in (me and wife), and if we wanted to buy it, it'd cost us about $500k (£250k)

I don't. Plenty of properties up here with views to rival that for similar costs.
