You can, and should, buy the window seal. That's all I know. I am curious where fresh air comes from though.

It will pull air in from around the door or anywhere it can. Portable AC units are great but single pipe ones are flawed as they pull in hot air from elsewhere. They still do a great job though.

Where did you get the rads from? I need to replace a thic boii double panel 1.4m - tempted to get something 'nice' looking?

Who needs AirCon in NI? A gas heater would be more suitable :D

It's a GOODHOME TAKOMA MOBILE AIR CONDITIONER 9000 BTU from Screwfix.

I bought the window seal kit Screwfix sell but it didn't fit my window so I had to customise it to fit.

It's amazing and well worth it even though it's quite load when the compressor is running, but right now it's almost to cold in my home office with it running lol
I just picked up mine off the back of your review. Every year I want to pick one up but wait until it's so hot in my office that it's pretty much unworkable. When I do go to buy one, they are out of stock so I am ahead of the game this year! Just about to set it up.

Ipad air 4 + the "smart folio case"

My first apple device since my 2010 iPhone 4... I got suckered in immediately for the £60 case

A quid or a name change sponsored by @ThundyCat

Get your quid ready.... It's shipped!

Mine was 95 sterling too :p

I went with these

https://www.radiatoroutlet.co.uk/1780-x-590mm-white-double-oval-tube-vertical-radiator

They have a decent selection and reasonably priced too

:D
Thanks. I have attempted to navigate that site 5 or 6 times and keep losing my rag. I don't know if it is me, but none of the categories seem logical. Also, they didn't do the width I needed.

However, you did inspire me. And luckily I have a new B&Q opening so got 15% additional discount. £317 list, £260.95 with discounts applied. It is replacing the double panel beast behind it which I reckon will be 2x the BTU but my room is so small I think it is massively over powered.

Edit: apparently my space needs 8k BTUs. This one double radiator is approx. 8k alone, and I have two of them

Ha, it's not the easiest of sites to get round but I needed a high (over 10k BTU) and once filtered on vertical, colour etc was only choice of a few.

Looks like you got some decent ones at a good price :)

Indeed top banana. How has your's been performing?

I think I'll go for the... Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Enclosure (EC-SNVE).

Mine hasn't skipped a beat, I cloned my 960 EVO to it to use as my main system drive, it performs better in benchmarks but in actual use I there's no noticeable difference, which isn't surprising really at these sorts of speeds.
