Enamel lapel poppy pins for my work suits/coats. Not a fan of the paper ones and i also normally wear a 'white poppy' but they are hard to find. I'll put a few quid for the appeal at work when they get the collection out since these are not from the legion.

they are very nice. I wear the somme 1916 pin that was made for last years 100 year anniversary.

Lucozade was reduced in April from 20g/100ml to 8g/100ml and will be going down to 4g/100ml at some point in 2018.

The high sugar content was the whole damn point of lucozade. Lots of people with health conditions relied on it for it's ability to deliver a quick sugar boost.

I wouldn't say I relied on it for health reasons but it did provide a great boost of energy after a lot of exercise. Now its just like a lucozade tasting fizzy drink

No (or very little) calcium in dogs diet now a days. It came from eating bones and meat mainly

Blame the manufactured kibble all the dogs eat now.

Our dogs doo doo goes white eventually and evaporates pretty much as he's on raw. So meat+veg.

SH3 and 385Mb down here, no complaints. Especially as it's in modem mode with pFsense doing all the work.

Ping spikes even in modem mode were terrible with SH3.

Modem mode doesn't matter, the latency spikes still exist, I had the SH3 and had VM send me an SH2ac due to this flaw in the Intel chip.
