No it is NOT 1mW green 532nm
It IS a 200mW 532nm with a standard lens with a focusable cap that can burn a match burst black balloons and burn pretty much anything black .
Well that's according to the comment left by someone.
Aye it says that, i can say it deffo is not 1mw, very powerfull.
There's a lot of inaccurate and varying advice/information still out there on the web because until recently the law seemed a grey area. But the UK Health Protection Agency made it clear to local authorities and the police in 2006 that laser pens/pointers came under the 2005 General Product Safety Regulations:-

That law puts class 1 & class 2 lasers (an up-to-1mW, 400-700nm laser pen is class 2) within the legal limit, and that's why you see a lot of such pens advertised as "<1mW".
