Why would I sell something I like and want to keep for as long as possible? I could buy an Omega or Rolex but where's the fun in that? Every other bloke has one!

Because it's something that won't fade into history and be mostly forgotten years down the line like say a smartphone which also tells the time. I only have 2 anyway and to me they're nice and unique yet not expensive so that is all I care about :p

Others will have different preferences of course.

What happened to the other one you had? I can't remember the name and I want to buy one. :(

Nope just the front. Whole street has same layout. As a first time buyer I ain't too fused by it at this stage. Can be sorted later if necessary.

I'd put a fence up. If the neighbours argue say you are tired of always cutting their grass. Have to be honest in this situation or it just creates even more animosity over time.

Anyway, communal front garden are horrible. Joint drives are ok, but not gardens.

Could always whip it out and pave it over. Somewhere to park the car then.

Well offer was accepted. Nothing has been signed yet so can still pull out of the deal. It was something I forgot to enquire about. I'll probably seperate the two in one way or another.

There's a driveway to the left that you can't see.
