Where did you get this from? My older sister had one and it seemed really decent. Ours is broken (not this actual vacuum)and I have been considering a new one. Have two cats I have to clean up after and the hair does my head in, especially trying to get it off the sofa.

I Bought it very quickly from my local Waitrose shop because of hoovers over 1600watts being banned from 1 September ....
I was very lucky as It was the last one they had left ..
