Comes with ballhead, the K in 525k stands for kit.

it goes up to 1m, which is high enough for travel. There are other tripods that go as high as 135cm but they cost more or longer when folded.

I'll let you know in a couple of weeks when it's fully adjusted and I've had a chance to feel a difference. The desk needs changing too, as it's way too high and isn't adjustable.
