Got a pedal basically on a whim, sending it back tomorrow for a refund, think i'll get something else.

Nice pedal but you can't go wrong with with the Behringer RV600 (no, seriously!) or Boss RV5. Plenty of other boutique pedals out there that are great but I've tried loads and these two are about the best bang for buck. 'Shimmer' effect on the RV600 is lovely, add in a POG and you're talking proper shoegaze!

Keeley and JHS are some good boutique pedal manufacturers/modders that are worthwhile investigating.

Nope, mine is plugged directly into the phono port on my arcam alpha 5.

I was looking at the tube box s as it's cheaper than the ds. Wonder if it would be better than the arcam?

Given the age of the amp and that it has a basic phono stage I would expect it to be an improvement. I would have carried on using mine had the Tube Box not shown up.

Can't really post pictures of what I've purchased :p

Flights in November back to Egypt :)

Drysuit course :)

STOCK, HOTLINKED IMAGES REMOVED YOU MONSTER!

Thanks! John Lewis. £55 :)

Much obliged.

Thought the hoodie was a bit expensive for the quality but was overall pleased with all the tshirts prints and thought it was good value. But wouldn't buy another hoodie from there as its one of the single layer american hoodies.

I had exactly the same experience with two hoodies I ordered from there as well. The t-shirts I ordered were grand, but like you, I thought the price of the hoody, for it being just a single layer was much too expensive.

So many choices...

From Stereo Wet, TC Hall of Fame, Topanga Spring reverb etc etc, or even the Bigsky...

I am going to wait a bit more, it was too much an impulse buy. Just got RMA details so it's heading back to Andertons today. Nice shop btw !

Andertons Guildford? Bunch of dicks.

If you're looking for an overdrive, get a modded Boss DS-1

Lol, they were nice to me !

There are just so many choices, I am going to listen and try out a bunch more before getting ANY pedals. I see people with like 20 on a board and that's just crazy...

Not to me. It's absolutely standard for you to be able to negotiate with them, or throw in some strings or something. I tried to buy a guitar from them and they couldn't even throw in a plectrum! In terms of being a real guitar shop, they're douchebags.

Yeah, the people with 20 pedals are nuts, but probably use each of them for good reasons. In terms of overdrive, DS-1 is good, though you have an electro acoustic so perhaps something like a tremolo or a reverb pedal is a better idea.
