Discounted, but yeah first shop link at the top of google.
I'm undecided on the mitel phones. First time using one (first company ive worked for who use them) - its certainly very capable, but not easy on the eye and takes quite a bit of getting used to.

Air con 5KW Office unit to sit outside
They erected it within the price,(took 3 guys a day) with the size & all the extras i added on like:
extra room
double glazing
different windows than standard
extra window in the extra room
Extra room will be toilet facilities
& little storage
Tall Construction (2 beams higher than standard
Bigger josts 3x4 not 2x4
its basically custom for me,
i got it for 7500 pounds after a little haggling
i've also ripped out a bathroom in my garage (close to the mancave) to put a new suite in So I can have my own toilet facilties in the Mancave & full bathroom in the house
The base cost me 800 roughly, After adding it all up roughly going to cost me 11K in total

50m of Cat6 for Broadband connection
2x 8 port switches
1x 24 port switch
8x triple sockets
2x doubles
Satellite Cables
10mm armoured cable (should be capable of around 90amps)

Just checked these guys out!, not bad prices!! and a Bonus!, They're only up the road from me! I can pop along and save myself the postage!! (I'll never need to spend £25 in one hit!!)
