My old desk lamp died and here is it's replacement:
Flexible arm, touch pad controls with a seven level dimmer. On/off touch remembers last dimmer setting. has a matt black rubber finish. Even flicker free lighting and very bright on max setting. Good looking design and is unobtrusive at the end of a long desk.
