Probably as it wouldn't show as a knife just a solid lump of metal. You could have faced prosecution if it was found, as it is an offence to import one, or have one in public. Meaning you can't get it to your house.

Good for you, but you should be aware it could happen to you if they search your bags, as said it wouldn't show up clearly in xray as being a knife.
