Nintendo is the only console I buy because there are so many good titles that are truly exclusive. The other 2 platforms have fewer exclusives that are worth the price of a machine. Imo of course

Careful. Overclocking an Iron can be dire. Some people say that they can warp time.

Tbh there's a wealth of Tutorials for unity which are free and will give you more than enough knowledge to get on your way.
Also Maya like most 3D packages it's 99% practice that gets you good with it, I was sat with a tutor with Maya but I can do far more with blender due to playing with it and preferring it's workflow.
