Been a while since I posted anything in here, but got a few things the last week.

Waited almost a year for the model, she was delayed a few months but finally she sailed the rough seas to finally dock with me. Hehe :p

Meet Shigure, she was a Shiratsuyu-class destroyer. Shes pretty cool, I can position her cannons on her back and have her hold her mini-guns instead, the skirt is also removable :D. Think this pose is the best so I leave her like that. :p

Also in the picture are some Sakura shaped pins to attach to the shirt below.

This is Yudachi, also a Shiratsuyu-class destroyer. She is nicked name the Nightmare of Solomon since she kinda rekt'ed the USN pretty hard before being abandoned and later sunk.

The mind boggles. :D

How tall is she, is it a kit?

She is 1/8 scale, so shes about 8 inches tall. 1/8 is pretty standard size, but you can get smaller or bigger ones, you can even get 1/1 scales every so often.

It's a fixed model, so you don't have to build it or anything, but they do come with a few parts that you gotta put together or different parts to change the look.

There is GK kits (garage kits) that you have to build and paint yourself but I stick with these types.

I did the inverted method, one time the paper must've been not wet enough and slightly off centre and got lots of grind in my drink. That can't happen with the other methods.

One time somehow it just tipped over because it's top heavy when it's inverted. Que coffee EVERYWHERE. There is no possibility of the other methods of coffee going everywhere by not touching it.

I gave up on it after that.

I've never had anything but a clean cup of coffee using the aeropress, maybe you need to give it a few more uses?

I gave up with cafeterias as I was getting small pots of my coffee in the bottom.

I always put the paper on the filter and run it under a tap for a second, you can see it sticking to the plastic and wont budge. Takes me 2-3 minutes in the morning as I only allow one minute brewing time.

I'm considering the metal filter as I'm told you get a different taste.

I've given it away now and these days i switch between my Chemex and Gaggia at home, and cafeteria and V60 at work.
