I think you're confusing it with santoku.
Sabatier is not a style of knife. It's a maker's mark, but lots of brands use that maker's mark, even though they're not made by the same factory.

First try @ 45 seconds (1000w Microwave)
Not the most aesthetically pleasing eggs ive ever eaten, but they tasted fine
There was a loud bang a few seconds before I took them out which appears to have been a yolk exploding
Perhaps 35 to 40 seconds next time as the yokes weren't as runny as I like them (and all over the inside of the pot
)

Actually, that brand is Sabatier Diamant, one of the makers marks as was alluded to by another poster. The name Sabatier is not a registered brand name, so feel free to stick those rollie eyes sunshine.

How are you finding the Ducky Secret? Been thinking about one as a replacement for MX518. Hard to tell from looking at pics but is it all covered in that "rubberised" stuff, same as the sides of the MX518 or is it just matte plastic?
