I get 45MB/s+ from Steam (MegaByte, not bit)
50MB/s+ from Origin
50-55MB/s from GoG
50-55MB/s for GTA V

On a 500Mbit connection.

The Steam DL was in peak hours too...

I had VM for a few years before I left UK... was quite regularly able to max the connection.

I suggest that his area or local Steam server is over-subscribed.

The company I work for regularly gets material printed out by a bricks and mortar printing company down the road so I used them. It's 20" by 30" which is a little smaller than A1 I think. It was £24 because of the paper quality and size of it. The posters are free to download.
