Been looking at getting the coupe version. How does the car feel? Comfy? Does it feel quite solid? Been borrowing a FIAT Bravo lately and in some aspects it's solid - quiet, good suspension and well insulated from noise - not I feel it a bit lacking in some areas. Noisy engine, huge central unit impinges on driver legroom etc. I have a 1.5dCi 106 Clio usually.

It feels very solid, boot space is excellent, it's very sure footed, took my first drive in snow a couple of weeks back and I live in a small village to get out it's a 1 in 10 hill, never felt loose. Power is good, it's the 1.5 dci, lots of torque never feels out of breath and pulls very well. It's quiet and comfortable, seats are very good if lacking a little leg room in the back, lots of storage space. Stereo can be a little fiddly for the passenger to work but driver controls are placed just right. Only had one gripe and that is ice freezing the doors shut around the seals after a heavy frost.

Good to read - sounds exactly how I'd describe my Clio. Passengers always say the radio controls are a nightmare but the ones next to the steering wheel are great (and I actually prefer them to on-wheel buttons). My doors also freeze in heavy frost. Only thing is my Clio doesn't feel so solid these days. For the last 5 years I've run it around quite poor roads in Snowdonia unforgivingly and at 9 years and 100k it's feeling it's age. That is why I'm looking at the Megane.

In a few months time I shall most certainly be test driving one. Enjoy yours!

agreed, a motors user had a seat leon r (I think?) in this colour and it looks awesome.
There is a identical focus in a similar orange that looks sweet as well.

He doesn't have it any more, it was a lease from his friends/family members VAG Policy, he has an A1 now.
