Why wear shoes at all? Or clothes for that matter, or a helmet? I can't help but think that the lengths that people go to to reduce weight is completely futile for the seconds that you may or may not shave off over the course of a year. Getting stuck at red light or stopping for a **** is going to impact your times more than shaving 5g off your shoes. I'm not having a dig at your directly, it's just a common observation.

Futile in what sense - the weight losses having a penalty elsewhere, like comfort, or are you just referring to the extra cost, in which case you can apply that logic to virtually anything?

Lol I don't spend that on my daughter at Xmas never mind a niece. Bizarre.

But there also a little more to it then it just being a lego toy for my niece..
My father has cancer and I noticed that he really loves spending lots of time with his 6 year old great granddaughter helping her build these lego sets :)

Awkward. People just don't engage their brains before typing unfortunately.

Lovely thing to do.

Getting prepared to do the (front) wheel-bearings on my Civic so bought a SlideHammer off Amazon.co.uk to pull the hub off.

£53.89 pence.
