It does need a bit of tarting up as it's a bit tired, but fortunately having missed the stamp duty rises we have some budget left for it.

haha! well funny you should say that, but there is a reception room at the front of the house which will be a cinema room - SWMBO has also agreed this! It still leaves us with a lounge and a dining room so I guess that's why I was allowed
