Brand new in box with plastic wrapping? I'd hope not!

Well yes you would. All instruments are different though.

Never understood people who buy instruments without playing them first. A friend of mine spent £1,300 on a brand new Telecaster from an online store and it couldn't be more different than mine to play.

When you're heading into that sort of value, you'd get it set up/set it up yourself to your playing style and tastes, no? No leaving it stock as it arrived (unless it's your starter guitar).

Part 1 of a quite expensive and probably not really worth it upgrade, but hey, who needs a pension anyway?

Motherboard and CPU still to come.

Andi.

Depends on the guitar.

Would never buy a Gibson unseen but Taylor or PRS I've got no problem with. Plus with DSR it makes it a lot safer too, sure you will pay shipping costs back but it's no more than petrol for a 250miles round trip (32mpg) to places like Coda, Peach, Andertons it Guitar Village.

Don't worry guitar plays great, professionally set up, can barley get light under the strings with no fret buzz, also It plays like a dream and I find it quite comfortable to play sitting...it is rather larger though.

Back in 1978 I basically went on a round trip of all the major music stores in England to buy a Fender Stratocaster and after 3 months gave up.
About a month my local shop had one in and it was Excalibur.

I used to LOVE that game...it's actually quite bad now looking back on it.

Whereas games like Mario Kart has aged much better.
