Also got a new keyboard for the iMac, mechanical brown switches. Has a handy USB3 hub and media controls, I still have the touchpad above for multi-touch gestures as thats very handy. No backlight though

Had to double take that pic after the above few posts. Orignlay thought you were running dual xeons or something but they are ram coolers lol pointless things.

Yeah I'm not sure if they are needed, especially as having all the slots occupied limits the overclocking potential of the system. I'll be needing stability though so thought if they're bundled, it must be for a reason, so chucked them in.

I'll be taking them out then, just wanted to be sure as they run pretty quick and I'll be using 100GB+ once the ESXi cluster is going including vCentre and test VM's.

Drop a convention vendor, it was used for 1 convention to show off the model so used for 1 day and then sold it to me for a fraction of the new price, ive listed it on ebay and gumtree lol.
