Nah, you had it spot on to begin with. There may be other ingredients but basically its just sugar
So Fudge...
close but fudge is usually softer than tablet.

you heat the sugar to a higher temp,
so when it's being made, fudge you'd heat to ~116-120
and that makes et chewey
Tablet's hard, and brittle. Which comes from the higher temp.
