I'm not after whey protein though, + MP Lost 2 of my orders before and never refunded me. I was going to buy from TPW but after asking what they recommended they just told me to use there weight gainer which didn't answer my question so i couldn't be bothered with them. The protein shop is a 2 min walk so it's more convenient + he gives me discount.

There is a process when it comes to applying makeup...

Cleanse > tone > serum > moisturise > primer > anti-shine > foundation/bb cream > concealer > powder

Indeed, including my Chicken,eggs and red lean meats my daily intake comes to 2700 calories

That monster is nearly enough to make me buy an iron and start ironing things!

I got myself a new sleeping bag, been trying to get the weight and size down on some of my kit. Toasty warm and compresses down to nothing, should do me for most of the year as I'm quite a warm sleeper! Also came with a free cat!

This case was designed to fit this cooler either at the top or the front, so plenty of room
