Nope because it only works for xp, and it's an addon. I don't understand why they windows hasn't come with a lanczos image resizer, we so many of these threads and it's a tool that a normal user is likely to use.

You can use paint to resize images. You just have to do it in percentage.

Though it's convoluted and uses a poor alogrithm. What I want is something like powertoys that uses lanczos.

Agreed. Paint.NET is pretty good really.

The XP powertoy is very useful too, however.

Make sure they are 24bit images, not 8 bit. XP has an image resizer power toy that works well.
