I know im not the oldest most mature guy in the world at 19.

but i condsider myself to be more mature than some my age. however, i was out last night with a girl i had met. Shes 22 has 2 kids. now this doesnt bother me at all.

But a girl i had been getting pretty close to had a while ago flipped and started to freak out on me, calling me a lier and all sorts. she's 17, and i find her very immature this is the reason i told her i wouldnt be interested. and left it at that. shes still sent me the odd message telling me that i used her (not sure how the hell i used her when nothing ever happened between us)

anyway. back to last night.

Girl 2's mates are down the pub (underage) where i was drinking with this lass, we where having a real good time getting on really well, and girl 2's mates came and started talking to me, they start saying things which where slyly aimed at digging at the fact i told girl 2 i didnt want a relationship, yet i was out with someone else having a drink.

I get online today, and i have had all sorts of abuse from a group of 17 year olds calling me all sort. Now this 22 year old i found so much more mature and easier to talk to etc. I was always told that girls matured quick than guys.

sorry for the rant, but im fed up of having abuse chucked at me for going out for a drink with someone.

What is there problem??

girls are idiots mate, all of them. Just sounds like jealousy to me. Hopefully if you ignore them they'll leave you alone and not ruin anything you might have with this other girl.

Ignore it and get on with sorting out your relationship with the 22 year old. Unfortunately immaturity doesnt go away and is rife at all ages :/

The content of this thread contradicts your second sentance.

:D

Am I reading this all right though. You're confused that a 22 year old mother of two, is more mature than a school girl? Why? Is that not the most blindingly obvious thing in the world?

ok yea that much is obvious. but why the mass problem with me having a drink with some one that i am currently only mates with. They come up making coments to make me look bad etc.

she then turns around and say, i aint bothered who your seeing.

One of my mates (Who is 19 like me) Was going out with a 17 year old for about 6 months. He ended the relationship and she totally blew her top. Way over reacting an was acting like a little brat.

He realised she was only going out with him cause of his car (A white Alfa saloon) And the fact he has a well paying job.

Me and my other friends could see how false she was, even telling him what she really thinks of him. But he was so certain about that it was a stable relationship until a few months later.
